Hey people 😊As I turn 28 today, I count my blessings - my beautiful husband, a supportive family, a roof over my head, food in my belly, and a gorgeous new hoodie from the fabulous Boys Get Sad Too. In the spirit of openness, my mental health did take a knock these past few days, as due to aches and pains I haven't been able to run.
